Week 14

Hi Everyone, I wish everyone good luck as we get close to the halfway point. For anyone that is struggling to hit the 5% here is a tip. Your diet for the next 12 days needs to be as follows: Chicken, Fish, Veggies, Fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese. This is the basics of the 17 day diet. Get the book from the library, its free!!
