Week 20
Hi Everyone, Well number 4 weigh in is in the books and I am pleased to report a loss. I had a real struggle with a huge gain from vacation and it set me back. But that is history and today, I was lighter then last month and that is all that really matters. I have been exercising with my workout partner everyday for the last 13 days and plan to continue all summer. It is time to turn up the heat as we enter into June with just 2 months to go.
